How to Raise Your Vibration Fast – Top 5 Ways!
#1: Pay attention to what you put into your body
As a vibrational being, you are affected by everything you ingest.
The information we process mentally, the things we put into our bodies, the products we consume, the products we put on our bodies, the items we use in our homes.
If you are consuming large amounts of information that are draining, such as scrolling through social media or watching low frequency, violent or depressing Netflix shows, this creates a shift in your vibration.
Start replacing the things that bring you down with things that uplift you: a good book, uplifting music, a creative project, inspiring nature around you, an uplifting and inspiring show or documentary.
What foods raise your vibration?
Eating a lot of processed foods and foods high in toxins and chemicals can lower your vibration.
Start replacing these with organic whole foods, fresh organic produce, or even better, produce grown in your own garden…this will raise your vibration!
Think about the skin care and cleaning products you use too – if you’re using products that contain harsh chemicals, plastics and toxins, it’s going to leave you feeling down.

Start replacing toxin-laden foods with foods you love and that are healthy for your body.

As you begin to work on this, try not to get overwhelmed by how much change it is making in the world and in your life. Focus on one product or one room, one day at a time, and start replacing low vibrational items with better options that are healthier for your body, your energy, nature, and the world around you.
#2: Control your mind
Your normal state of mental consciousness is drawn to low frequency thoughts like judgment, worry, fear, etc. If the mind continues to pull you in a negative direction, it perpetuates the low vibration of your energy.
Mindfulness, or starting to observe your thoughts in the moment, is a key way to change your thinking. Start paying attention to your thoughts, the way you speak to yourself and others. By simply observing what your mind is saying, you will naturally encourage your mind to “do a little better” and as a result, you will have more positive thoughts.
To take this a step further, you need to actually elevate your base level of spiritual awareness, which is achieved by getting in touch with higher states of consciousness and divine spirit.
Meditation is essential to achieve this.
Meditation is also a powerful tool to reboot your mind. What do you do when your computer or cell phone starts acting strangely? Reboot it and get things back on track and in optimal working order.
When your mind is cluttered, reboot it with meditation. This is most effective when done consistently. A daily morning meditation practice can be extremely helpful in setting the tone for your mental awareness for the day.
When you enter into deep silence in meditation, you also have the opportunity to replenish your energy from the zero-point field of infinite possibility.
When you recharge from this place, you no longer need to “get your energy from others”, you no longer need to engage in the lower energy games that most of humanity is still entangled in, and you can step back and observe from a higher place of divine spirit.
This will raise your vibrations and bring immeasurable benefits to your life, but it will also help to spread high vibrational energy beyond yourself to bless and benefit all.
#3: Reconnect with nature
We have discussed how much of humanity is addicted to playing the energy manipulation game in order to obtain energy from others, but the irony is that we all have access to an infinite supply of energy from Source and Infinite Being.
One of the most powerful ways to begin to train your energy body to recharge with energy from infinity is to engage in positive energy exchanges with nature.
When you go out into the pure spaces of nature, you connect with the infinite physical manifestation in a state of resistance-free coherence, and when you do this, you access something beautiful and profound.
For example, if you go out into nature and direct your love and gratitude towards a tree, the nature around you will send energy to you. This is why nature recharges you. When you approach nature with love, gratitude and respect, it recharges your energy field.
It teaches us how to recharge ourselves with energy from infinity, and we can take this a step further and start tuning into feelings of love, gratitude and respect, even as we stay indoors, and in return we can recharge and be filled with energy from infinity.
Then you no longer need to seek energy from others, you can actually begin to relate to others in a new way, and you can send limitless love and positivity to those around you because you are charging yourself with energy directly from infinity.
If you live in a big city or work in an office, you may feel like you don't have many opportunities to get in touch with nature.
Prioritize time with nature whenever possible.
Spend time in your backyard. Take a walk in your city park. Go on a hike in the woods. Plan your next vacation around spending time in nature. Find a special tree to practice positive interactions of love, gratitude, and appreciation in return.
Again, crystals, essential oils and house plants can help – bring in a little something natural and consciously tune into it with gratitude.
#4: Learn to let go
The reason so many people are stuck in a low vibrational state is because they are simply holding on to limiting beliefs, traumas, challenges and judgments from the past.
Everyone carries trauma from their lives, childhood, past experiences, so what are you going to do with that trauma that has been inflicted on you?
You can choose to perpetuate it, to hang on to it, to let it keep you in a lower vibrational state…or you can choose to let it go.
When you choose to forgive, let go of the past, and release trauma, you raise your vibration.
You've probably heard the saying, “When you hurt someone, you hurt someone else.”
If someone has hurt you in the past, you can start to change your perspective on it by recognizing that they were just channeling the trauma they experienced.
They weren't the source of the trauma, it goes back much further.
Through this perspective, you can begin to forgive the parents who hurt you, recognizing that they were simply passing on to their children the same hurt and trauma they suffered.
Breaking the cycle of trauma
But now you can break that cycle. Healing can begin to unfold through the lens of time. That doesn't mean that what happened is okay. It means that you don't let that trauma control your vibrational state or your actions.
You now choose to let it go – the patterns, beliefs and tensions – allowing higher levels of light and life force to circulate within you, recognizing that everything from the past has brought you to this present moment.
This is a moment where infinite possibilities exist and an opportunity for you to choose how you respond: you choose to raise your vibration or perpetuate the old.
#5: Commit to joy
Commit to doing more of the things that light you up, in the here and now. Commit to doing more of the things that recharge and energize you on a soul level.
Prioritize bliss, joy, and fun, knowing that higher vibrations are powerful lightworkers because they send ripples of positive energy beyond yourself to bless and benefit all.
It's not selfish to prioritize yourself by fueling yourself before giving energy to others.
Ask yourself:
What cheers you up? What brings you joy? What replenishes your energy? What makes you lose track of time?
Once you find what you love and enjoy, what makes you feel good, what makes you feel fulfilled and rewarded, you can look for ways to put it to good use in the service of others.
This is where you live your purpose, live your mission, and live the fullest expression of your light, and getting there often requires prioritizing joy, fun, and play first.
When you make raising your own vibration a priority, you will have extra energy to be of service to others.

Take it one step at a time
Raising your vibrational frequency is an ongoing process and there is always room for improvement. Even when you feel like you have accomplished something, you may take a few steps back in response to an external stimuli or challenge.
Do not worry if this happens, just be patient with yourself, treat yourself with love and care and refocus on the simple things you can do to raise your frequency right now.
