Respect the rhythms and cycles of life

Everything in life is cyclical.

Just as the moon waxes and wanes in the starry night sky, the tides occur in perfect rhythm.

I love witnessing the cycle of the Earth's seasons and how beautifully they unfold in the circle of a year: the Earth breathes in autumn and winter, and breathes out again in spring and summer.

The dance of life unfolds in beautiful cycles of expansion and contraction, ebb and flow, inhalation and exhalation, with perfect divine consistency and order.

So of course, we humans have natural cycles and ups and downs in life.

Joyful expansion gives way to quiet reflection, and hectic activity is balanced with moments of retreat and stillness.

Death gives way to birth, darkness gives way to light.

Believe in change, believe in timing, believe in the outcome. The same life force that pulses through the universe flows through you.

Believe in the wisdom of life.

With the recent increase in solar activity and the continued influx of powerful cosmic energy, many of us are noticing changes in our energy levels. Some may feel like they are sleeping more, others less, some feel more energized, others more tired, and everything in between.

Awareness is key.

Where are you right now in your natural rhythm of life?

Ups and downs are natural, at times you may feel vibrant and engrossed, and at other times quiet and reflective.

The cycles we experience mimic the dance of the universe itself.

Don't criticize the changing of the seasons within yourself: there is purpose in both the energetic expanse and the quiet, inner stillness and relatively calm, thoughtful times.

Honor your unique journey.

When you feel connected and alive, embrace it fully. Share your light, create, participate. But be as kind to yourself as you are to rest, recharge, and explore within when you need a retreat.

Even the mightiest rivers sometimes flow gently.

Your body also goes through highs and lows, so respect its wisdom.

Each phase is temporary, so take a breath and know that you are on your soul's path, no matter how winding it may be.

Celebrate both seasons of activity and seasons of rest because they are the pulse of divine life pulsating within you.

As the cycles and rhythms of life continue, let love guide and inspire you.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

“To everything there is a time, and an appointed season for everything under the heaven.

A time to be born, and a time to die. A time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted.

A time to kill and a time to heal; a time to destroy and a time to rebuild.

There is a time to cry, a time to laugh, a time to mourn, and a time to dance.

There is a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones. There is a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing.

There is a time to gain, a time to lose, a time to keep, and a time to throw away.

There is a time to tear and a time to sew, a time to be silent and a time to speak.

A time to love, a time to hate, a time of war, a time of peace.”

With love and gratitude
