spiritualism, spirituality, spirituality, and spirit

Although related, the above terms have different meanings.
-Spiritualism is rather a religious movement that focuses on the afterlife and communication with the spirits of the dead.
Neo- or modern spiritualism understands to a large extent the interaction between the formless metaphysical reality of the universe and the physical existence of matter and consciousness, believing that the creator and the created are the same and that the two are Express that it is not. It primarily focuses on self-awareness, exploring 'who you are' beyond body and mind.
– Spirituality, on the other hand, refers to the spirit and soul within the human heart that engages and practices methods and practices of introspection, yoga, mindfulness, empathy, compassion, and through divinity and humility. It is an experiential journey that awakens one's divinity. , clarity, stability. It guides a person to the awakening of the soul, guides and checks the brain and its body. It is a spirit moving spiritually, mentally, and physically.
Spirituality means that we are spiritual beings who undergo a transcendent human experience from lower to higher consciousness. Spiritual people believe that beyond the body and mind, they can unravel the mystical soul and have the same experience. They gain self-knowledge and self-awareness through various spiritual practices to balance the material and spiritual souls.
Spirit is the highest power of non-dual cosmic energy that resides within the mind in the form of intuitive awareness. It is the metaphysical subjective reality of “who you are” and consciousness is the objective reality of “what you are.” Spirit and soul combine to check and guide your body and mind. This is an important principle that drives living things.
The concept of “Spiritualism” and its relationship to the term “Spirit” has intrigued humanity for centuries. Spiritual essence exists beyond the limitations of the physical body and the five senses. Despite our advanced scientific knowledge, there are no instruments that can directly detect or quantify spirits. However, just because something cannot be measured empirically does not completely deny its existence. If that were the case, “soul” and “life force” would never have emerged and been recognized as synonyms for this intangible concept. Equivalent terms can be found in many languages around the world, such as the Hindu “Atma.”
Moreover, the transition from a material approach to a spiritual approach is not easy. For materially oriented people, the journey towards spirituality is always long.
While others may not easily make changes based solely on a person's outward appearance, on this journey, a person's entire inner world undergoes significant changes. You don't have to withdraw from the material world to become spiritual. Instead, you need to balance the intangible aspects of life.
Understanding how the mind interacts with the highest powers of the universe embedded within it enables the human mind to explore and discover everything from the stars to the subatomic particles. The meaning behind the declaration that the Creator and the Creation are the same, because in non-duality the two cannot exist, unlike the clear separation of both, as all religions claim. You can see.
In conclusion, divinity dwells within you, and that divinity manifests itself in your acts of good deeds in divinity, the divinity we so desperately seek today.
