Why is self-reflection one of the most important things you can do right now?
We are living through a period of great change, both collectively and individually.
Maybe you noticed?
We are living in a time of transition, and waves of light and cosmic energy are now washing over the Earth.
This period has long been foretold in various spiritual lineages, teachings, and cultures.
we are transitioning from cali Yuga (Dark Ages) To Sathya Yuga (The Age of Truth).
These are Sanskrit words…but know that this era was prophesied not only by the Vedic peoples, but also by the Toltecs, Mayans, Essenes, and many other wise families and traditions.
We are in a period of transition and preparation for major changes. Gaia is the awakening of Mother Earth (and humanity) to a whole new level.
For millions of years, Gaia's consciousness has been in a kind of slumber, or sleep state.
This gave humanity the opportunity to play a distorted “game” of separation, war, destruction, suffering, and scarcity, all of which were consciously and unconsciously chosen by free will. .
But this is now starting to change. Gaia is awakening and humanity is awakening with her.
You now have the opportunity to get rid of all your baggage, all your weight. Distortion, separation, lack, fear…
Then you can free your soul from the weights, chains, and baggage it may have been carrying all its life.
Awaken and begin to embody the Divine I-Consciousness, Truth, and Shining Light.
So why is self-reflection so important in times of change like this?
Self-reflection is a powerful way to deeply understand and tune into who you really are, what you truly value, and why you behave in certain ways.
These are essential realizations in times of change and uncertainty, and when so many external distractions and obligations have been removed…your truth, your core self, and your inner inner guidance. There's no better time than now to reconnect with.
We can respond to the present by introspecting and deeply understanding the truth about who we really are and what we really value and desire…what really matters to us and what we truly want. Deep down to make changes and take steps to synchronize your life and bring about what you want.

How do you practice self-reflection?
Introspection is different from meditation, and even setting intentions is different.
Self-reflection is simply taking the time to reflect on where you are, where you've been, where you're headed, and where you really want to be.
It's about looking honestly and non-judgmentally at your life and seeing where you're on track, where you're aligned with your soul mission and purpose, and where you could make a few adjustments or upgrades. It's time to find out if that's the case.
It's easy to get caught up in the busyness of life…the chaos of challenges, and even fewer everyday comforts than what you really want to experience.
